Learn the Stages of Osho Dynamic Meditation

Osho dynamic meditation is an active type of meditation that involves five stages. It is a fast, intense, and thorough way to enter the state of bliss. This hour-long meditation is meant to awaken your inner and cleanse your heart and mind

Osho dynamic meditation has many health benefits. It can release emotional blockages, purify the body and mind, increase awareness, and much more. The meditation must be done in the early morning and must be accompanied by Osho dynamic meditation music so you will be able to flow through the different stages smoothly!

First stage: Breathe chaotically

Through your nose, breathe deeply and intensely into the lungs. Breathing should be as hard and as fast as possible, without following a rhythm or pattern. Focus on exhaling as the body will take care of the inhalation. Do this for 10 minutes.

Second stage: Explode

The next 10 minutes must be explosive. Let go of any emotions that need to be thrown out. Let loose and allow yourself to express whatever is inside. You can scream, cry, jump, kick, laugh, sing, and dance. Don't hold back. Just keep your whole body moving.

Third stage: Jump

Raise your arms above your head. And then jump up and down while shouting the mantra. Complete the mantra of “Hoo! Hoo!” or the meditation will be ineffective. This stage is also 10 minutes.

Fourth stage: Stop

Right after the third stage, stop wherever you are. Don't reposition your body. Just freeze for 15 minutes and avoid any movement for it will dissipate the energy flow and your effort will be in vain.

Fifth stage: Celebrate

The last part is a celebratory stage where in you will express whatever you feel through dancing with the music. You can sing, too. Just enjoy the moment. Even if the music stops, you will carry your awakened state and aliveness throughout the day!
